The term 'sweet scent' refers to flavors, not scents. Taste and smell are often easily confused. When natural scents are ignited, they produce a variety of flavors. So appreciating scent and taste separately, as you would with wine or coffee, enhances the sensory experience.

The keywords for each scent are determined based on feedback from many users. The scents you are interested in change daily, so please observe what your heart is telling you. It is also possible to combine these different scents. For example, sweetgrass that meens “stability” and frankincense that meens　“prayer" can be combined to create a "pray for stability" scent.

・We check for any defects in the item in advance.

・There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier.

・We will only exchange an item if it is the wrong item.

・Returns will be accepted only if the return is sent within seven days of the delivery confirmation date.

・Returns that are sent without our prior acknowledgement will be refused.
